How can I ensure the quality of my coffee?
We focus on quality and flavor in every product we offer. To ensure you enjoy the best experience, we recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dark place and using it within a few weeks of opening for optimal freshness. If you have any questions about our products, feel free to reach out!
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. If you need to return an item, it must be unopened, tamper free and in its original packaging. Just contact us at contact@tailgatecoffee.co.uk to start the return process.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your order. If your item arrives damaged, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right for you!
Can I exchange my item for a different product?
While we don’t offer direct exchanges, the fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted. If you have any questions, we’re here to help!
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Do you accept returns on sale items or gift cards?
